The Clover Municipal Court resumed on Monday, August 3, 2020. Protocols have been implemented to ensure the safety of Town staff and defendants during COVID-19 including:
- Limit of 5 persons in the court room plus up to 5 court officials (judge, clerk, police officers)
- Only police officers, defendants and attorneys, parent/guardian of juveniles, essential witnesses, and Victim's Advocate and victims will be allowed in the court room
- Temperatures will be taken. Persons with a fever will not be allowed.
- Face masks and social distancing are required. Hand sanitizer is available.

The Clover Municipal Court has jurisdiction over cases that occur within the Town limits. The Court has authority over such offenses as
- motor vehicle and traffic violations
- misdemeanor criminal offenses
- municipal ordinance violations
The Clerk of Court is Deborah Gambino. The Town of Clover is currently in an agreement with York County to provide Magistrate services.
Municipal Court is held each Monday morning at 9:00 am at 114 Bethel Street. Jury trials are held as needed.
Fines are due in full on the day of sentencing. Payment can be made with exact cash, money order, or certified check only. Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Personal checks are not accepted.
Pay Your Fine
In Person - If you want to pay your fine in person prior to your court date, you may bring your ticket and payment to the Municipal Court office at 114 Bethel Street, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
By Mail - Send to Clover Municipal Court, PO Box 1060, Clover, SC, 29710. You must include the ticket number on your payment.
- On-line - You must have your ticket number to pay on-line.
Some fines cannot be paid in advance. Call 803-222-4084 to confirm your ticket can be paid without a court appearance.
